To Whom It May Concern:
I have been working alongside Izzet for a year now, and when he asked me if I would write him a letter of recommendation, about twenty sentences of the letter immediately came to my mind. He is one of the most energetic and motivating teachers I have seen in my years of teaching and directing. His creativity, coupled with his knowledge of the English language, make him an ideal teacher for any institution. Izzet has a way with his students. He creates an environment highly conducive to learning, and lets the students make their way through it.
I have been a teacher for many years, in various academies and universities, and have also opened and directed four schools which are still operating in Korea as part of a consulting company that I own. I have hired, and fired, many teachers. I know what schools are looking for in teachers. Izzet has the ability to come into any new situation and be immediately comfortable. He has a personality that allows students to also feel this comfort. As one can assume, students need this “happy place” to effectively learn, which is why Izzet makes such a great teacher. I have witnessed Izzet’s teaching methods first-hand, and would feel very comfortable having him as a teacher, or academic director, in any of my institutions.
As much as being a great teacher is important, being a good co-worker is also a necessity. As he has been at Dogus University, our current company, for many years, he has developed a strong rapport with the other teachers. He is helpful and cheerful, bringing light to the stresses that often hinder the other teachers. I have never seen Izzet in a bad mood. He is a hard worker, and is willing to do extra work if need be. As his co-worker, I can say that I am happy to work with Izzet, and am sure that he would be a great addition to any workplace.
Thank you for your time, and consideration of my co-worker and friend, Izzet.
Sincerely,
